Deputy Chief Minister Dharmana Krishna Das made sensational comments that YSRCP activists were largely unhappy. Dharmana Krishna Das, during a house patta distribution function in Srikakulam, said that even after 19 months of YSRCP coming into power, the activists were unhappy that justice had not been done to them. He hoped full justice would be done to YSRCP activists in the coming days. YSRCP leaders on stage were taken aback by Dharmana’s remarks. However, he was immediately pacified by V Vijayasai Reddy, who assured that he would do full justice to the YSRCP activists.
Rajya Sabha member Vijayasai Reddy immediately responded to the Deputy Chief Minister’s remarks. He assured that the YSRCP had already given 2.5 lakh volunteer jobs to their party activists and in the coming days he would organise job fairs and provide jobs to all YSRCP workers. It is clear with the comments of the RS MP that party workers will be introduced on a large scale even in private companies.
YSRCP MLA Varaprasad’s sensational remarks on CM
Dissatisfaction among the YSRCP MLAs is gradually coming out. Nellore district Gudur YSRCP MLA Varaprasad, who raised the banner of rebellion before anyone else, has once again lashed out at CM Jaganmohan Reddy. He made sensational remarks at a function of distribution of house sites patta in Gudur constituency stating that he will not cheat and flee away like Jagan Reddy. For this Varaprasad has already been side-lined from party activities. Speculations are rife that Varaprasad would leave the YSRCP and join the BJP.
Is Varaprasad the Tirupati BJP candidate?
Varaprasad, who retired as a senior IAS officer, won from the YSRCP in 2014 as a Member of Parliament for Tirupati. He was allotted the Gudur Assembly seat in the 2019 elections. Since then, Varaprasad has been angry against the party chief for not giving him the ministerial post. He is not leaving any opportunity to criticise. Recently, Varaprasad once again made headlines by criticizing Jagan Reddy. There is also speculation that he is the BJP candidate for Tirupati.
