Everyone decides not to eat chicken once they hear about bird flu. However, should it be necessarily avoided? Is there any way we can eat without fearing the spread of flu? There are many such questions. There is no need to leave the chicken for bird flu but some precautions are needed to be taken. Having purchased from the market, the chicken pieces must be cleaned using lemon, salt and turmeric. The bacteria and germs will be killed by doing so. The eggs should also be cleaned before boiling. The virus will get killed if the chicken is cooked at 165°C. There is another way. Even if the chicken is cooked between 30 to 45 minutes at 70°C it is enough.
