Having impressed Indian selectors with his performance for the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the Indian Premier League, T Natarajan made it into the Indian team for the tour to Australia. On Friday, Thangarasu Natarajan made his Test debut for India at the Gabba in Brisbane for the 4th Test Match against Australia. However, the 29-yr old from Salem proved his mettle having scalped the wickets of Mathew Wade (45) and Marnus Labuschagne (108). Along with him, Washington Sundar too made his Test debut. Both the players were handed the Test caps by Bharat Arun, the current bowling coach of the Indian national cricket team.
The stuff dreams are made of. A perfect treble for @Natarajan_91 as he is presented with #TeamIndia's Test 🧢 No. 300. It can't get any better! Natu is now an all-format player. #AUSvIND pic.twitter.com/cLYVBMGfFM
