Kamal Haasan is an actor who is called a bastion for experimental cinema in India. He is currently acting in Shankar’s Bharateeyudu 2 and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Vikram. Whole Kollywood set its eyes on Vikram as Lokesh proved his mettle with Khaidi and is gearing up for the release of Master.
Kamal doesn’t compromise on budgets if he likes the script and goes to any extent for his films. We all know how he waged a war with the then ruling Government of Tamil Nadu during the release of Vishwaroopam. He is also producing Vikram under his Raaj Kamal Films International banner apart from donning the titular role in it.
Grapevine says that Kamal is risking huge amounts for action sequences in Vikram equal to that of Hollywood films. He is doing it as he believed in the ability of Lokesh Kanagraj to the core reportedly. Lokesh is trying to rope in both Trisha and Nayanthara to play the leading ladies opposite Kamal in the film.
