Blockbuster director Koratala Siva is busy canning the portions on Megastar Chiranjeevi in Acharya right now. Producers Ram Charan and Niranjan Reddy have decided to release it on May 9th. Chiru launched his 153rd film which is the remake of Malayalam blockbuster Lucifer today.
Kollywood director Mohan Raja is helming the megaphone for it while Konidela Production Company, Super Good Films, and NVR Films are bankrolling the project jointly. Raja has reportedly tweaked the original script extensively to accommodate Chiranjeevi’s image for this remake.
The makers are thinking of naming it as Byreddy and Chiru is also in the favour of this title. While Lady Superstar Nayanthara is playing the role of Megatstar’s sister in it, OTT Star Satyadev Kancharana is essaying a pivotal role in Byreddy. R.B Choudary and N.V Prasad are producing the film whereas Surekha Konidela is presenting it. Thaman is composing the music for this ambitious remake.
