The name ‘Rambo’ reminds us of Sylvester Stallone whose iconic picture wear guns, bow and arrow don many homes even today. Even though he starred in many films, the adoration he amassed for Rambo is unique, making him one of the biggest action stars of all time. Coming to Bollywood, Tiger Shroff is called the Indian Rambo and if sources are to be believed, there is every chance of him starring in film based on Rambo.
Earlier, ‘First Blood’ which released in the early 80s became a blockbuster and has even stood as inspiration to Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi.
Before Tiger, Hrithik Roshan’s name was considered for the titular role which the latter rejected. This film was supposed to be made in 2018-19 under the direction of Siddharth Anand but the project didn’t take off due to unknown reasons. Now with Tiger on board and new director Rohith Dhawan’s name on the card, film buffs are sure that Rambo will soon come to entertain the action buff in us all. As per sources, this film will start after the completion of Hindi remake of ‘Ala Vaikauntapuramlo’ by Rohith.
