Anushka Shetty’s long awaited thriller ‘Nishabdham ’ is finally ready for its release. ‘Sakhi’ fame Madhavan is donning the role of the protagonist in this Hemant Madhukar’s directorial. There is an on-going discussion that the plot of ‘Nishandham’ resembles ‘Pushpaka Vimanam’, a silent movie made by veteran director Singeetam Srinivasa Rao. As the movie will start its streaming from October 2nd on Amazon Prime, director Hemant Madhukar interacted with media.
Hemant said, “The movie’s plot is born from my thought to do an experimental film like ‘Pushpaka Vimanam’ using modern technology. I used American backdrop for visual grandeur and generate a fresh feeling in the viewer’s mind. Anushka is playing the role of an American born Indian. I am relatively new when compared to Anushka but she made me feel absolutely comfortable on the sets. She even asked me about the minute nuances of her performance. She learnt sign language which is so hard to master.”
