The Nampally CBI court today responded to a petition filed by Narsapuram MP Kanumuru Raghu Rama Krishna Raju seeking revocation of bail to AP CM Jaganmohan Reddy, who is facing charges in an anti-graft case. The CBI court has stated that the case will be heard on July 7. Earlier today, the court issued notices as MP Raghuram Krishnan Raju had said. After responding to the notices, it appears that the court will examine them and take further action.
Will the CM’s bail be revoked?
It is learned that the YSRCP MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju had filed a petition in the Nampally CBI court saying that the AP CM was not attending the court adjournments for a year and a half in the anti-graft case and if it continued like this, there was a danger that the people would lose faith in the judiciary and even questioned as to why Jagan’s bail should not be revoked. The court today issued notices to AP CM Jagan and the CBI. The case is set to be heard next month and a verdict is expected next month. Speaking on the phone on a channel, he said that the bail of AP CM Jagan would be cancelled.
