Sunil is a star comedian who ruled Tollywood for a decade. Rajamouli’s Maryada Ramanna made him a full-fledged hero which proved to be a wrong turn in his life. Sunil never produced a success equal to that of Rajamouli’s comedy entertainer and gradually faded out of the competition. After all these years, he is back to his comedy and supporting characters and is lately experimenting with villain roles.
Kannada super hit film Bell Bottom is getting ready to be remade in Telugu. Rishab Shetty and Hari Prriya played the lead roles in the original. Kirik Party fame and Rashmika Mandanna’s ex-boyfriend Rakshit Shetty bagged the remake rights of this film which were in turn purchased by a leading Tollywood maker from him.
Bell Bottom revolves around a constable who realizes his dream of becoming an investigative Police officer by solving a robbery case. Sunil is eager to play the lead role in it and is said to be in talks with the producer. Let’s hope that this comedy thriller works out for him.
