Some have hero’s character traits as titles such as ‘TiruguleniManishi’, ‘EduruleniManishi’, Monagadu’, ‘Roshagadu’, ‘Mosagadu’ and ‘Sarainodu’. Power Star’s ‘Vakeel Saab’
Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Vakeel Saab’ stands as his comeback film that marks the start of his second innings after a brief hiatus due to his political stint. It was directed by Venu Sriram. It is a remake of Bollywood hit ‘Pink’ in which Amitabh Bachchan and TaapseePannu played the lead roles. It was remade in Tamil by Ajith as ‘NerkondaParvai’. Power Star plays the role of a stylish lawyer who proves the innocence of four women who get trapped in a case in the court of law.
Vijay Devarakonda’s ‘Fighter’
Vijay teamed up with dynamic director PuriJagannadh for his upcoming film ‘Fighter’. This film was launched before the lockdown and the regular shooting is going to resume soon. Puri is planning to shoot the film’s climax scenes in the aluminium factory as he is sentimental about it. Vijay Devarakonda has beefed up his muscles for his role of ‘Kick-boxer’ in this film. He is said to have undergone rigorous training to master the sport.
Varun Tej’s ‘Boxer’ avatar
Varun Tej is getting ready for his upcoming film ‘Boxer’ under the direction of Kiran Korrapati. He is playing the role of a boxing champion in it. Varun was trained under boxing champion Neeraj Goyat to bring reality into his character. ‘Boxer’ is produced by SiddhuMudda and Allu Venkatesh and sources say that it will become a landmark film in Varun’s career.
‘Doctor’ Sivakarthikeyan
Young Tamil actor Siva Karthikeyan is producing a film called ‘Doctor’ under his own production house ‘SK Productions’. He is playing the role of a doctor who turns into a killer due to circumstances. It is directed by Nelson Dileep Kumar and the recently released first look has captured everybody’s attention.
